Her curiosity led the way. From the first solo quest to Bhutan in 2015 to culture and coffee travel through Italy in 2016. And later, more journeys for herself, from Kerala to Kashmir. She experienced the transformative impact of solo travel on her; finding a new dimensions of her identity, digging deeper into her interests, and feeling more open and fearless. She kept traveling, and travel became much more than ticking off a destination. The longing for deeper meaning, stories and connections grew.

From a chief of staff to explorer-in-chief, as a friend fondly calls her :) Today, Richa finds herself in the journeys of fellow women travelers. 'Her' has gone beyond Richa- it's women who are curious, compassionate, and who celebrate other women.
She continues to evolve- as a traveler, as a woman, and as a human.
